Chios mastic gum

In a prospective, randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled trial in people with functional dyspepsia, mastic gum improved symptom scores compared with placebo.1 A separate randomized pilot study explored mastic gum in people with H. pylori, with eradication observed in a subset of participants.2

Our dose aligns with the daily amounts used in this research. Mastic is not a substitute for medical treatment of H. pylori.

Lactoferrin

300 mg

Lactoferrin is an iron-binding glycoprotein. Its structure lets it sequester free iron, and it is partially resistant to digestion, so some reaches the intestine intact. Heat and processing can denature it, which affects function.3

We use low-iron apo-lactoferrin processed at low temperature to preserve its native structure.

Before you begin. Do not use the Gut Reset or Herbal Para-Cleanse if you are pregnant, trying to conceive or breastfeeding, or for children. If you take prescription medications (including anticoagulants, glucose-lowering or thyroid medication), have a liver, kidney or gallbladder condition, or are under medical care for a digestive disorder, consult your clinician first. Take the binder at least two hours apart from medications. Stop and seek care if you experience severe pain, persistent diarrhea or signs of an allergic reaction.

How is my Personal Formula decided?
Each ingredient is added by a simple, visible rule, for example “vitamin D below 30 ng/mL adds D3 + K2 at 4,000 IU.” Goals add supportive nutrients, and doses stay within established supplemental ranges. You’ll see the reason for every ingredient before you buy. Recommendations are informational; review them with your clinician.
Is my MyHelix data shared with the store?
Only when you choose to connect. The quiz reads the specific values needed for your formula, and nothing is sold or shared with third parties.
Can I do the Gut Reset while taking medications?
Talk with your clinician first. Binders can reduce absorption of medications, and some botanicals may interact with anticoagulants and other drugs. The system is not for use during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
