01 · Research & Development

Where computation meets the clinic.

Binary Helix brings clinical and computational genomics, biomedical informatics and therapeutics development under one roof — so every insight we build is grounded in validated data, reviewed by clinicians and owned by the person it describes.

Four disciplines, one loop

From base pairs to bedside — and back again.

Each discipline feeds the next. Sequencing informs models; models inform product design; clinical observation sends new questions back to the lab. That loop is the company.

04 / Therapeutics & Product Development

Therapeutics & Product Development

We design protocols and products with manufacturing partners and HelixCare clinicians — and we label each one honestly by its stage of evidence.

  • Peptide formulation & stability research with cGMP manufacturing partners
  • Delivery systems research — oral, transdermal and injectable routes
  • Investigational protocols such as Renepheresis™, run under clinical oversight
R&D pipeline

Six programs, honestly staged.

Stage markers show where each program is today. They describe current status — not outcomes, efficacy or regulatory approval.

Pipeline status is updated as programs progress and may change. Inclusion in the pipeline does not imply that a product or protocol is safe, effective or approved by the FDA or any other regulator.

The data engine

Signal from many layers — identity from none.

Your genome is a starting point, not a verdict. The engine joins it with how your biology actually changes — lab markers over time, transcripts, proteins, sleep and heart-rate variability — and looks for patterns worth a clinician's attention.

Computation runs on de-identified data. Identifiers stay sealed in your MyHelix wallet, and insights are re-linked to you only inside it.

1Owner of your data — you

De-identified by default

Direct identifiers are separated from biological data before analysis. Re-linking happens only inside your wallet, with your keys.

Compute goes to the data

Federated and enclave-based methods let models learn across cohorts without pooling raw records in one place.

Clinician in the loop

Models suggest; people decide. No automated output is presented as a diagnosis, and every insight carries its evidence level.

AI partner

Synthetic InsightMachine intelligence partner

Binary Helix partners with Synthetic Insight on the machine-learning layer of the data engine — model architecture, privacy-preserving training and ongoing evaluation.

Partnership scope is described at a high level. Binary Helix remains responsible for clinical governance and for the data entrusted to us.

  • ModelsLongitudinal models that learn from change over time, not single snapshots.
  • PrivacyFederated training and de-identified feature pipelines, so raw records stay put.
  • EvaluationOngoing checks for drift, calibration and performance across different populations.
  • TransparencyEvery surfaced insight shows its inputs and a plain-language confidence level.
Lab & quality standards

Rigor you can check.

We build on independently certified partners and established oversight frameworks — and we say exactly whose certification is whose.

Partner labs

CLIA/CAP-certified partner laboratories

Clinical testing is performed by partner laboratories holding CLIA certification and CAP accreditation.

  • Validated assays
  • Proficiency testing
  • Chain-of-custody sampling
Research ethics

IRB-reviewed studies

Human research is conducted under protocols reviewed by an independent Institutional Review Board before enrollment.

  • Informed consent
  • Safety monitoring plans
  • Right to withdraw
Manufacturing

cGMP manufacturing partners

Products are made by manufacturing partners operating under current Good Manufacturing Practice requirements.

  • Batch records & lot traceability
  • Third-party identity testing
  • Stability protocols
Security

ISO 27001-aligned security

Our information-security program is designed in alignment with the ISO/IEC 27001 framework.

  • Encryption in transit & at rest
  • Least-privilege access
  • Incident response playbooks
VersioningEvery pipeline run is reproducible from its recorded inputs.
ReviewClinical outputs require licensed clinician sign-off.
Evidence labelsAnimal, pilot and established evidence are never blurred.
CorrectionsWhen evidence changes, we update — publicly.

Certifications and accreditations referenced here are held by our independent partner organizations. "Aligned" means our program follows the framework's controls; it is not a claim of certification by Binary Helix.

About Binary Helix

About Binary Helix

Our mission: make precision longevity rigorous, private and available to everyone — not just the few.

Binary Helix is a health bioscience company working at the intersection of genomics, informatics and clinical care. We exist to turn the most personal data a person has into understanding they own — and to develop therapies with the discipline that trust demands.

Values

V/01

Patient sovereignty

Your data belongs to you. You decide who sees it, for what, and for how long — and you can take it with you.

V/02

Scientific honesty

We label evidence for what it is — animal, pilot or established — and we publish our uncertainty alongside our ideas.

V/03

Precision over hype

No miracle language. Measurable markers, clinician review and protocols that can be checked and repeated.

V/04

Longevity for everyone

Healthy years should not be a luxury good. We design for access, not exclusivity.
